How to make a lax pinnie smaller?

i got this lax pinnie for my summer league. but the overall size is too large. i was wondering if i could shorten the shoulders somehow to make it so its not so low cut? it gets in the way when i play because the shoulders always fall off and i cant cradle as well. any suggestions?
