What's the name of this song?

I take Zumba classes, and there's this song that the instructor plays all the time. I don't know who it's by it starts of with the guy saying "shake it 4x, roll it 4x" then he says something in spanish and then it goes: mami wind down slow, mami wind down slow, mami wind down low mami wind down low. That's all I can think of. I believe it's by a reggaeton artist I've been trying to find this song for the longest time. If you know what the song is called please tell me. Thanks :)
