My chances for Harvard?

I have 4.1 weighted, 3.5 unweighted gpa. I go to a good private school and got 690CR 720M and 640W on the SAT 1. I got a composite 32 on the act. I have taken the hardest classes available to me but i have gotten more than a few B's. no C's or lower. extracurriculars are nothing spectacular however I have played varsity football for 2 years and JV football, basketball, and lax for 2 years. I am hispanic and fluent in both english and spanish. I take the SAT 2's in october and expect to do well. Honest opinion, do I have a chance?
